ERIN STETZER – OWNER, PRESIDENT & PROJECT EXECUTIVE

 

Erin Stetzer, Graduate Master Builder, has built a foundation of extraordinarily strong relationships with her team members, clients, trades and vendors.

As president of the company, you will see her on the job sites daily meeting with clients, interacting with trades and working with the entire team to create a finished product that is nothing less than spectacular.

Almost two decades of home building experience has given Erin the opportunity to grow and be involved with simply the best projects in Houston. Her no-nonsense, systematic approach clearly defines the success of each and every project.

While meeting the demands of a Division 1 basketball scholarship, Erin attended Fairfield University and acquired a BS in Finance. She quickly learned the value of effort, efficiencies and setting high standards for herself and her surroundings.

KELLI LITTLE – CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Kelli has been with the Stetzer Builders team for 12 years working on company strategy and finance.  Kelli also works on new business procurement as well runs the marketing efforts, including social media management.  She helps to ensure that the business operations are running smoothly behind the scenes so that Erin can maintain focus on our clients and bringing their plans to life.

Kelli earned her BA from Trinity University with majors in Russian and International Studies and her MBA from Rice University with a specialization in finance.  Prior to working in the construction industry, Kelli worked as an energy trader at both Enron and Duke Energy and was also a retail business owner.

GUSTY GRAHAM - PROJECT MANAGER

Gusty has been building homes for 20 years and is involved in every aspect of the building process from budgeting to completion.  He prides himself on making your building experience positive and exciting.

Working in an ever-changing industry, the building process can get stressful and overwhelming. Gusty’s calm, quiet demeanor and can-do work ethic has been a source of strength to everyone he works with and is the reason he has been so successful in every facet of his career.

MELANIE CORDOVA - PROJECT MANAGER

Melanie graduated with her bachelor of science in interior design from Texas State University and has over 6 years of field experience.  She started remodeling kitchens and bathrooms out of college and worked in the hospitality design industry.  She quickly transitioned into high-end residential design because she loved the customization and uniqueness of each project.  Melanie communicates with homeowners so they understand the full schedule and make proactive decisions together and stay ahead of the game. Thanks to her previous design experience, her keen eye reviews each detail of the home so that it has great function and looks beautiful, too! 

KARRIE AMBROSE – OFFICE/ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Karrie prepares and manages financial analyses for each project and communicates directly with clients as often as necessary.  Clients have the peace of mind that the budget is being monitored on a daily basis and that there will be no surprises during the course of their project.  Karrie also works directly with financial institutions during the construction process to coordinate draws and ensure that the entire process is as easy as possible for the clients.

Karrie received a BA in Communications from Texas A&M University.  Upon graduating, she worked at the corporate level at Foley's Department Stores as a Director in the stores & visual organization.

KATIE KUYKENDALL - PROJECT BUDGETING & FORECASTING

Katie is a native Texan who graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in Business Management.  She pursued a career in finance including both corporate and personal trust with Regions Bank as well as dedicating many hours to her philanthropic pursuits.  Her charitable efforts include services as a camp counselor for Cerebral palsy Awareness and Hope (Cpath), chairing multiple school fundraising events and volunteering with the Junior League of Houston.  Katie is responsible for closely monitoring each project's budget and communicating financial progress and forecasting to clients.

SABRINA WILSON - PROJECT ASSISTANT

Sabrina graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Science, where she also earned her teaching certificate, from Texas A&M University.  She taught for four years before becoming an executive coordinator for a healthcare company for 8 years.  Sabrina has now been with Stetzer Builders for 3 years as a project coordinator. Sabrina manages the ordering process with the design team and Stetzer Builders to ensure ahead of time deliveries and performance.
